In early January a lineman was dispatched to our house because of lights blinking, he was unable to locate the problem but turned in a request to have our meter checked...No one has come out to do it when will they be here?

Wait time sucks, like more than literally any company i ever called. Call back feature, never gives call back, just to add service haha, Trying all day, will try again tommorrow, my time is worth money so i estimate a 200 dollar loss.

Got payment returned home 1 month after sending out! Everything was correct, already sent next months payment last week...I'm probably going to be charged a late fee! Was this Edison not accepting or the US Postal Service? Either way, it looks bad on us!

New pole

The pole in front of my neighbor's house was hit about a month ago in the middle of the night. Sherrif and State Patrol came and car was towed away. The pole was severely damaged and leaning. Here it is a month later and the pole is still standing in its damaged condition. I called Edison and they said there was no record of it being called in. A crew was out here in about an hour. He said pole would be replaced in about a week. Really thought law enforcement would have called it in but now it's being fixed. Thanks Edison !!

Called and they said they would call back if I left a number. They did not, Called next day, this time recording says two hour wait. Complete crap service. Regulator needs to step in.

Unable to get through to speak to a rep about starting service

I just want to say, that for a company that makes millions you would think they would invest in a better phone system. I decided that I would go online and request to start service because I absolutely HATE their customer service line and wanted a smooth experience rather than going through several prompts before I actually speak to a human. Lo and behold, my efforts were in vain because I still needed to call in to "speak" to a customer service rep. I called in and rather than waiting a max of 2 hours to speak to someone, I requested a callback. Someone did call back, however, their line was so full of static that their line dropped. Hey Toledo Edison, do you want my business or not!!!

Lost power due to storm from August 25th 2023 around 11:00 p.m. when I got home from work on August 2026 at 4:30 like still out received email saying life will be back on around August 27th around 3:30 p.m. what kind of unprofessional utility company are you? That you cannot get residence power back on in a timely manner

Upset with the company

Received a 420.00 bill today. Not because we do not pay our bills but because they underestimated our use for 4 months they did an actual read and charged us for what they underestimated?? Not my problem, I pay my bills. Maybe you should actually read my meter and not surprise us with a bill over 300 dollars more than previous months. So over this company.
